The number of kidney patients is increasing at an alarming rate.  Some of these are kidney diseases, due to lack of proper treatment on time, the kidney gets damaged.  This means that the kidneys cannot function normally.  One of the leading causes of kidney failure is uncontrolled high blood pressure and diabetes.  Along with medication or other treatments, kidney failure has an important role to play in changing eating habits.

If not treated in time, the end result of kidney disease is chronic.  The kidney progresses to disability in five stages.  Up to the first four stages, it is possible to cure or reduce the rate of kidney decomposition.  But once you move into stage five, the only way to survive is through dialysis or a kidney transplant.  These methods are so expensive that it is not possible for 10 percent of the people in our country to continue with this kind of treatment.  Therefore, the only way to avoid this deadly disease is to avoid kidney failure.

The health website Health Digest reports on symptoms of kidney disease.

Changes in Urine:

A major symptom of kidney disease is changes in urine.  If you have kidney problems then you urinate more or less.  This problem gets worse especially at night.  Urine is dark in colour.  Sometimes you feel the movement of urine but you cannot urinate.

Pain during urination:

Pain during urination is another symptom of kidney problems.  Mainly pain, burning during urination - these are the symptoms of urinary tract infection.  When it spreads to the kidneys, there is fever and back pain.

Blood in urine:

It is very risky if there is blood in urine.  If so, consult a doctor immediately.  This is a very important symptom.

Skin Rash:

When the kidneys are damaged, waste products build up in the blood.  This can cause itching and rashes on the skin.

Nausea or Vomiting:

The increase in waste products in the blood can cause nausea and vomiting in kidney disease.

Short breath:

In kidney disease, fluid accumulates in the lungs.  Along with this, there is also a lack of blood in the body due to kidney disease.  This causes shortness of breath, so many people breathe in shorts.

Back Pain:

Some kidney diseases cause pain in the body.  There is pain in the lower back.

Inflammation in the body:

The kidneys remove waste and excess water from the body.  Kidney disease is a problem in getting out of this extra water.  Excess water causes swelling in the body.

Difficulty Paying Attention:

A decrease in red blood cells reduces the transport of oxygen to the brain.  This makes it difficult to focus on work.

Always Chills:

If you have kidney disease, then you will feel cold even in the summer season.  And if you have a kidney infection, you may also have a fever.

Remedies to keep kidney good:

Regularly check blood glucose and urinary albumin and control the development of blood hemoglobin (eNO1) in diabetic patients.

Those under 130/80 who have albumin in their urine have numbers less than 120/60.

Kidney function should be checked every 6 months in patients with diabetes and high blood pressure.

Sore throat, fever and itching of the skin in children should be treated early.

Diarrhea, vomiting and bloody stools can lead to blood loss and dehydration and kidney failure.  So eat fast food saline.  If necessary, saline should be given intravenously.

Eat less fatty food and salt and drink moderate amounts of water.

Do not take antibiotics and acute painkillers without doctor's advice.

Taking necessary treatment for frequent urinary tract infections.

There are only two tests that can be done to find out if you have kidney disease and in a simple equation you can find out what percentage of the kidneys are working.  One is whether albumin or micro albumin enters the urine and the other is blood creatinine.

With a little attention, awareness, and a little effort, if lifestyle changes can be made in a healthy way, it is possible to control and prevent these causes of kidney failure.
