Organic Smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple powder, 1 cup green tea liqueur, 2-3 cauliflower leaves, half a cup ground carrots, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, half a teaspoon coriander powder, half a teaspoon cumin powder, half a teaspoon ginger powder and a quarter  Cup avocado.

Serve with ice cubes if desired.

Evergreen Green Smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 cup spinach, 1 cup cabbage, 1 pear, 8-10 grapes, 1 banana, 1 orange and 1 cup water.

Method: Wash spinach and cabbage leaves.  Now grind banana pieces, oranges, grapes, pear pieces, kale and spinach in a blender with a little water.

Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie :

Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup pineapple juice, half a teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 cup ice cubes.

Method: Chop pineapple and strawberry.  Blend together pineapple, strawberry, lemon juice, honey and ice cubes in a blender.

Carrot and mango smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 cup ground carrots, 1 ripe mango, a little nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and half a cup ground ice.

Coconut Smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 2 tbsp almonds, 1 tsp honey, 1 cup boiled coconut, half a cup ground ice.

Method: Soak the walnuts for a while.  Remove the top cover.  Cut the banana into pieces.  Strain the coconut milk and keep the milk out.  Canned milk  Now blend all the ingredients together in a blender.  Serve with ice cubes.

Paradise Smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 pear, 5-6 strawberries, 2 tablespoons avocado, half a cup sour yogurt and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
